From my own experience as a patient, trying to remember what I needed to do at home, when I was alone (where most of recovery and rehabilitation occur), was extremely difficult. Paper is easily lost and text is an archaic delivery system for 3-dimensional activities. The patient instructions must be easy to access, optimized for video and have a quick in-platform communication feature to ask questions and receive answers from the medical team.
