  • No Distribution by Buyer: The seller ensures that the buyer cannot distribute, resell, or sublicense the source code.

  • License to Others: The seller can continue to license the source code to other parties if desired.


    Buyer Rights:

  • Use the Code: The buyer has the right to use the source code indefinitely.

  • Modify the Code: The buyer can modify the source code to fit their specific needs or preferences.

  • Perpetual Use: The buyer's right to use and modify the source code does not expire.

  • Restrictions: The buyer cannot distribute, resell, or sublicense the source code under any circumstances.
