OneMarket Network

OneMarket Network was a cloud-based platform aimed at enhancing retail experiences for both consumers and businesses. The platform integrated various retail technologies to streamline operations and improve customer engagement. However, the company has recently entered voluntary liquidation after facing financial challenges, with its shares trading below net asset value. This decision was made following a strategic review and has been approved by shareholders as of December 2. As a result of the liquidation, OneMarket has been removed from the ASX Official List.

During the liquidation process, shareholders are informed that their claims will be settled only after employees and unsecured creditors, which may affect their potential recoveries. An interim distribution of A$1.08 per share was conducted, with future distributions depending on sales from remaining assets. The liquidators will receive compensation based on a remuneration report, capped at US$250,000 plus GST.
