My Maintenance Planner (MMP) is a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) developed by 53North Group, designed to enhance maintenance workflows for various sectors including manufacturing, facilities management, and distribution. The platform allows users to effectively manage their physical and fixed assets by streamlining work orders, scheduling tasks, and implementing predictive maintenance through live asset health data.

### Key Functionalities:
MMP supports users in moving from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies, ultimately aiming to increase operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. The system is accessible to two user levels: Admin/Manager and Technician. The Admin/Manager role encompasses overseeing the entire system, managing asset lists, creating preventive maintenance schedules, and accessing reporting and analytics data. On the other hand, Technicians are tasked with handling work orders and completing maintenance tasks.
