Mio

Mio is a cross-platform interoperability solution designed to bridge communication gaps between teams utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. By enabling real-time message relaying between Google Chat and Microsoft Teams, Mio effectively eliminates communication silos that hinder collaboration.

The platform offers three primary products:
- Directory Sync: Facilitates user discoverability across platforms, ensuring that users can easily find and communicate with one another.
- Chat Sync: Allows for seamless messaging between Google Chat and Microsoft Teams, making it possible for users to interact regardless of the platform they are using.
- File Sync: Supports file sharing, ensuring that documents and resources can be accessed and shared easily across both environments.

Security is a cornerstone of Mio's approach; the platform does not store messages or files, ensuring that data privacy is maintained. Additionally, Mio automates user account management through subscription to Entra ID groups for identity syncing, simplifying administrative tasks for organizations.

As an integration, Mio enhances existing workflows instead of serving as a standalone chat application. This design allows businesses to leverage their current tools while improving collaboration and communication across different platforms.
