One of the key features of FaceTalk is its new version, FaceTalk GO, launching on November 15. This version enhances user experience by allowing browser-based video calls without the need for downloading additional applications. This functionality not only streamlines the appointment process but also boosts workflow efficiency for both doctors and patients.

Users can schedule appointments easily through email invitations. Additionally, the platform offers a direct video calling feature, enabling instant consultations through unique codes. Each personal account can host unlimited client invitations and supports group calls with up to 12 participants, all available for a subscription fee of €35 per month.

FaceTalk also integrates with various healthcare management systems such as HiX, SAP, and EPIC, allowing for seamless operations and improved service delivery.
