Central Information Display (CID)

The Central Information Display (CID) is a cloud-based computer diagnostics tool designed to monitor the health of networked computers. It collects health statistics and provides real-time alerts through computer notifications, phone, or email warnings for current and potential issues.
CID visualizes the network of computers in a unique star field format, distinguishing between five types of stars that represent different health statuses for each device. This visualization aids in quickly assessing the condition of all networked computers. Users can set custom thresholds for various metrics, enabling proactive monitoring and management of their systems.
The platform captures over 30 distinct data points, including hard drive space, physical memory, virtual memory, and pagefile usage, offering a comprehensive view of each computer's performance. Alerts can be customized, ensuring that users receive timely notifications tailored to their preferences.
Security is a priority for CID, with data transmission encrypted and user passwords protected. The application supports multi-user profiles, allowing different permissions for monitoring various aspects of the network. Installation is straightforward, requiring only a small executable file.
