CashNotify

CashNotify is a desktop application designed for both Mac and Windows platforms, allowing users to efficiently monitor their Stripe and PayPal accounts from the menu bar. The application provides real-time payment notifications, which help users keep track of their payment activities without the need to clutter their email inbox.

Users can customize alerts for various events including captured payments, failed payments, refunds, and payouts. Each event is represented by specific icons, simplifying the identification of transaction types. CashNotify checks for new events every minute, upon opening the application, or when the refresh button is clicked. This ensures that users receive timely updates on their financial activities.

The application also features a comprehensive dashboard that aggregates revenue data, allowing users to view detailed revenue graphs and select different currencies for graph displays. Furthermore, CashNotify supports multiple accounts, enabling users to manage financial information from various sources easily. All data processing occurs locally on the user's computer, ensuring privacy and security, as no transaction data is stored online.

To set up CashNotify, users only need to input their API keys from Stripe or PayPal, making the integration process straightforward and user-friendly.
